Summa Gold needed to enhance maintenance management efficiency through a precise and timely decision-making system based on recorded information.

Solution:

Neora implemented the Oracle Maintenance Cloud module, integrating it with inventory, purchasing, and accounting for comprehensive data visibility. The project included:

•Implementation of Oracle EAM

•Development of indicators and reports for maintenance data analysis

•Training workshops for users

•Detailed documentation of configurations, test cases, and functionalities

•Close monitoring of Service Requests (SR) in Oracle

Result:

Summa Gold has been using the Oracle module since March 6, 2024, improving maintenance operations and related modules’ integration. The company can now analyze maintenance information and ensure data traceability across warehouse, purchasing, and accounting areas. As a SaaS application, the solution continuously updates with new and enhanced functionalities.

Impact:

The project achieved its primary objective: improving maintenance management efficiency through an informative system enabling precise decision-making. There was an increase in critical equipment management from 60% to 100% through this module. Key metrics:
